It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of commitment that we
present the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan for Vision for Inclusive Solutions and
Transparency Initiative (VISTA INITIATIVE). Since our inception in May 2025, we
have remained steadfast in our mission to deliver inclusive, people-centred,
and rights-based humanitarian and development programs that empower the most
vulnerable, advance social justice, and foster resilient communities.
This strategic plan outlines our roadmap for the next three years and
reflects our commitment to bridging emergency response with long-term recovery,
development, and peacebuilding. It serves as a guiding document to ensure that
all interventions remain aligned with our values of inclusion, equity,
accountability, and community ownership.
