Abubakar Mohammed is a humanitarian and development professional, youth advocate, and community leader with over 10 years of experience working with international and national organizations, including the implementation of UN donor-funded projects. His experience covers key sectors such as Education, WASH, Health, Nutrition, Protection, Food Security, Livelihoods, Shelter, Governance, Peacebuilding, and Climate Action.
As the Executive Director of VISTA Initiative, he leads inclusive and community-driven programmes focused on strengthening resilience, empowering communities, and promoting sustainable development and lasting impact

Abdulrahman Abubakar is a youth advocate and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in policy making, governance, and organizational development. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors of VISTA Initiative, he provides strategic guidance and oversight to strengthen accountability, institutional growth, and sustainable impact.
